The Purpose and intention of this writing:
Why should I think about worlds that do not exist or are improbable?
This question tries to extract the purpose, intentions, value, and importance of speculating and hypothesizing in general and specifically. Before we can make something happen someone has to dream it up and plan it, we will not know how improbable a possible world is until we think about it, dream about it, and plan out its realization when we are ready for that planning stage of the dream.
The more ideal the speculative world is the more work we have to do to achieve it generally. More positively viewed, the more grand the possible future world is in your mind and in your plan for the future, the more grand you become as being part of its realization, so the more motivated you are to achieve it.

Learning in an ideal world:
Learning is much easier in this world. Any information you want is directed to you, it is always exactly the information you are looking for. In fact, the information comes to you like a person and introduces itself, it states its purpose, value, and usefulness before you are asked to take the time to learn the information. The source of the information is obvious and apparent.

Should the source of the information be known? Always, the source is there for you investigate.

An ideal world would have a library of information that has reasons why you should learn each bit of information.
From the moment you come into the world you are given everything you need to in order to do good things in the world. You are given the reasoning and decision skills you need to decide what is the best course of action for you to take in life.

Communication between minds:
All people communicate their knowledge, experiences, ideas, wishes, desires, and dreams to everyone who feels like knowing. Everyone can access the knowledge and ideas of everyone in the world. You can access the greatest minds without bothering them or affecting the mind of the person you want to communicate with. All the qualities of the things in the mind are accessible. Such as the quality of an idea, an idea's popularity or its relationship to all other minds is an attribute of the idea that is known.

Personhood:
All entities have an amount of personhood, meaning they all have a will to achieve a certain end that they have not achieved in their present moment. Each entity has an  end they want to achieve at some point in time and they are associated with this goal or end. Entities are able to group together to achieve their common goal.

Dealing with opposing visions or dreams for the world in the ideal world where scarcity exists:
What should this world do with entities that have opposing wishes. We should have a voting system where we vote on the potential outcomes of each opposing options by voting on the qualities of the outcomes and using the qualities we try to see if we can create an option where we retain the good qualities that we like and the qualities that are voted down we can forgo in the synthesized option. In this model we can deal with scarcity together for the common wealth of the world. When ever we are forced to forgo something to achieve a certain result we can use this voting system based on the qualities of the possible outcomes.

Suffering in an ideal world:
There will be a lot of suffering and people will be encouraged to face their demons. There will be a lot of self-overcoming as Nietzsche might like to see.  Suffering will not happen alone but as a team united against a common cause of their despair. People will often be part of a task force against things and for things.

Relating with others and with the world:
People will relate to each other and band together based on what vision they desire to achieve in the world. People will also be suggested a group based on their state of mind. If they are melancholic then similar people with that state of mind will be able to join together if they choose in order to understand the state of mind and overcome it. When people understand their state of mind enough they will be encouraged to try to understand different states of mind of different people. Relating with people who live life differently than you can be challenging so there will be methods of interaction with people of different viewpoints and mind sets.

Personal Governments:
People will be so intelligently and ethically advanced that they all have a personal constitution to govern their own behavior. People live by their constitution and revise it when necessary. It is a crime to not live by your constitution, so people are careful to be precise, systematic, and inclusive of all scenarios they might encounter. This method ensures authenticity and honesty, people make laws for themselves to follow, and if they disobey their laws they are lose credit for their degree of authenticity.

Governments at all levels and scopes, micro to macrocosm:
All constitutions are linked together and when one changes it affects all others according to certain parameters such as the degree of an entity's authenticity and effectiveness. People who have higher degrees of authenticity and high degrees of effectiveness of their life will consequently have more influence over higher orders of government.

Stage 2:
State how your vision relates to the present world:
State how (and why) the present world can (and should) make this vision happen:
This is a work in progress and it is open to critique from anyone.

State of the Universe Address As Opposed to the State of the Union Address

Summary:

This is the State of the Universe Address as opposed to the State of the Union Address.
I will play the role of the leader of the universe.
I will also talk about the state of the self or individual and its relation to the whole of the universe.
The address will take the form of a dialogue of questions and answers put forth to the leader of the universe from citizens of the universe or from the universe as a being of its own.

The questions will be parallel to the actual state of the union address given by Obama in 2010, except the questions he answers are not explicit in his speech. In contrast, I generalize these implied topical questions to the rest of the universe. In the start of Obama's speech, he gives credit to the people who have made the nation what it is today, so I will give credit to what has made the universe what it is today

Conclusion

What progress has the universe made from its inception?
Since the time when the universe did not exist, the greatest accomplishment was coming to exist, and becoming as real as we are now.  We may have existed only as a dream does, but now we have embodied those dreams. Our will to life and the will to realize dreams caused everything to become real.

This is a theory of how and why the universe exists (a theory of cosmogony, a theory of the origin and structure of the universe) based on Nietzsche's philosophy of "Will to Power."

What is the universe from and where is it going? Or what does its history say about its present and future state or destination, metaphorically speaking?
In order to understand what the universe is destined for (and what we hope for it to be), we must understand the track it has been on, its history. As far as I understand, the universe's destination is not determined yet so we can hope to direct it. Due to the reason that we perceive time to be moving forward, I conclude that the universe is in the process of transforming itself into something grand, as that is an explanation as to what time is, it is a becoming or the process of a dream being realized  in our universe that we experience as reality.
It must be noted that, it is possible that the dream of the universe has already been realized and we are experiencing the structure or planning of the making of it like one relives a vivid memory.

What should be our dream that will be worth our efforts to realize for the universe?
This is ultimately a question of values. Essentially the question asks what we should value most and what we should live our life for. There might not be a dream that is common among all life so I can only say what it should be. A vision of the future that I like is one where everything that the unified mind envisions happens, where there is not distinction between what is and what one imagines, so that the moment something comes to mind it becomes real. This might come in the form of nano-technology where molecular machines are the building blocks of everything and can change into anything. Also creating a being that can have dreams and values like us would be a goal we can hope to achieve.

Why does this universe exist?
This can be answered by stating the reason for what exists, with a theory based on what we perceive as reality and with reason. It can exist simply because we wanted to exist and made it happen or we exist for no apparent reason. Some can say that the universe exists for a higher being or God or rather some other supernatural causes and reasons. I think saying the reason is supernatural is an act of giving up before giving rationality a chance. Others may say the reason is beyond our hope of understanding. This does not give us any hope or guidance in our lives so I can not accept that I can not understand. I go with more a temporary understanding to guide me in the mean time to understanding things more. For now the simplest way to explain the reason things exist is to use a basic theorem that states something is better than nothing. Space has spent eternities with nothing in it and so there was a moment when a thought happened in space about what could be, it dreamed. Then it made the dream reality. If everything is mind instead of matter, then the universe may even have created a past and future to admire. And the universe chose to experience time so it could admire its structure and the progression of its dream becoming real. It could be that time has already stopped and every dream imaginable has come to exist. I welcome further discussion on this matter.

Why are we at our present state?
One answer is like I stated in the previous topic the reason for the universe to exist. We are at our present state because we are in the process of becoming or embodying the dreams of the universe, making it real and something to appreciate and enjoy more, because a vision or idea in the mind that is not realized does not make us as happy if it also existed in reality. This is like when an artist has a vision and must paint a picture for his eyes and other people to appreciate and to share with the world that it exists. To summarize, a reason that we are in our present state could be to admire and share dreams with other creators.

Tangent on Moral theories:
A good rule to follow is to share credit and to accept blame. When this rule is taken to the extreme it is, one should share and accept all blame and credit for everything that exists. I play this rule out in my mind to see what things would be like if this rule were followed and also to see if it is true, that I am solely responsible for everything, the entire history, as well as that I am responsible for the entire future.  I might have to redefine the self as the universe in this process, like a sort of pantheism. As a representative of life at the pinnacle of the efforts of all the generations before me that have resulted in me,  I think it is reasonable to accept this responsibility for all life that has come before me since I was a continuation of all that life. I think everyone should think in these terms as being responsible for what life has done to result in you. I think it is good to do this and that many good things can happen if we do accept all this responsibility for the universe. For example we can think that "maybe there was something that I could of done to prevent the most recent genocide or to end today's evil, or at least that if I do not do something terrible thing may continue to happen and refusing to care can result in bad things happening because you did not do something. This is related to a moral theory I read about called Consequentialism, where the consequences of your actions determine whether it was a good or bad action. Even not doing something can result in bad consequences making your inaction immoral or unethical. This can be opposed to virtue or absolute morals types of ethical theories.

What/who deserves credit for our successes and what should we blame for our hardships?
I think all life is responsible. If we do not become of one mind then we are responsible for everything that happens because we did not become one mind, because it is possible that we are refusing to become one mind. We are struggling to become one perhaps because we are not yet ready or do not want to for some reason, which may be because our values are not what they could and should be. Maybe we do not value life as much as we should. Something controversial could be that we are not of one mind yet because we have chosen beliefs in order to make us happy rather than to produce good results. We have chosen beliefs that produce more happiness rather than beliefs that produce good results.  Nobody likes to be told that your beliefs are chosen for your own happiness rather than for good results. They may rather turn their minds away from that thought in order to keep that happiness, because not knowing or not thinking about that fact/possibility, will make them happier. The phrase (or aphorism which is a short pithy statement of insight that is good for guiding one's life) "ignorance of bliss" comes to mind as a good description of this phenomenon. To summarize, accepting blame and credit or responsibility for everything should be an ideal if we want to produce good results and failure to act and to become one mind is our failure to value life as much as we should.

What things are we as representatives of life responsible for in the past?
Being humans and representatives of all life we have done things that life did not intend. All things that oppose the goals of life are the failures of life to solve the oppositions it faces. We are responsible for the failure to care about life enough to not be better than our natures that keep us alive as individuals rather than succeed to care enough by developing our nature that keeps the society alive. We as a whole unit are trying to become a whole unit are trying to become cohesive where as our nature that aims to the survival of the smaller unit of life, the individual person, is sometimes more powerful than our nature that aims for life to thrive as a whole larger unit. Group consciousness has not yet been powerful enough to prevent mass destruction of each other. Using physical forces rather than intellectual forces to solve problems is our downfall.

How should everyone take responsibility for everything and share credit and blame for everything? How would the universe be different if we took all the blame and credit for everything? Is it even possible to do so?
I think it is possible for the world to accept all the credit and blame for everything, because we are in that process of becoming part of a global consciousness, but we have to take action to make it happen further. The internet is an example of this global consciousness, and we can expand upon that and integrate our mind more into that technology of communication and global consciousness. Maybe that should be a goal of ours to provide that system of communications and consciousness, for the end or goal of becoming one mind under one common dream of life, the progression and preservation of life. Though the progression of life should come before its preservation since ending some life may be necessary for other life to progress. An example would be to destroy our bodies as we integrate our minds into a higher life form or artificial avatar
Also we would be more conscious of the consequences of our actions if we took all the blame and credit for everything. I think a lot of the world is not very reflective with the consequences of their actions, because they are still of the mind set that some actions are good no matter what the consequences end up being, so it is better for the world if we change our minds to the mindset that we are only good people if the consequences of our actions are good. Taking responsibility for our actions is the main idea. If we do this, then the universe will be a much more integrated and alive place. Despite all this, it is only necessary to follow this moral theory if we value life ultimately, and if we do not value life ultimately then there is no need to accept responsibility and blame for everything.
The other question was is it even possible to do this, and I think it is with technology advancing the way it is now. Other things that make it possible are: discussion forums between different viewpoints and ideologies; open and rational dialogues among nations and among the citizens of different nations; opening up a stage for communication on these matters of morality and ethics. Our number one priority should be determining whether  or not the consequences of our actions are what really matter when figuring out if something is right or wrong, because a lot of people do not believe so. Values should be center stage of discussions. It is worth trying to figure out the truth of the matter with others. We can also simply try to find what we all can agree on, or what we can all value. We can discuss why we should value certain things.

How can we make this world a better place to thrive and why should we?
We should make this world a better place to thrive in, because of the theorem stated earlier, that something is better than nothing, and that realizing dreams is what life is about. The goal of life is to realize dreams. Anything that is attempting to realize something, or to become something greater than what it is, is living. For example, say there is simple matter that is trying to become greater by becoming part of an organism, that is trying to work and communicate in a system with other matter, this mater is alive in the process of gaining more form and structure that will allow it to produce even more life and realize more dreams for itself and the world.

What should be our first priority in trying to make a better world?
It is like I stated earlier, values development and values, morals, and ethical education should be our first priority in the process of making a better more alive world, as well as for any living being, because learning what is worth living for or the reason to live is an important first step in being alive. Why should one live if there is no reason to live or nothing to live for. I mean a purposeless existence is not a life worth living. Nothing would be better than something if there was nothing greater to become than the present. If everything did not change to become something greater then the universe would be disorder and all matter would soon disappear and remain stagnant. Time is a force of progression of the universe towards greatness. Yet with values and something to live for, with constant incremental and exponential progression towards greatness, and becoming more powerful and alive then life becomes worth living.

What are some things we can do to exercise our values and to realize our common dream for the world?
I think simply sharing with one another is a good thing to do, we should share, most of all, knowledge and understanding. We should share knowledge in a way that it is useful to the life of the learners in their quest to use what they know to realize this common dream. Organization and becoming more integrated and of one mind should be a temporary goal to the higher ultimate goal of realizing of all dreams. We can become of one mind by using the internet and doing more research and developing more technology. We can also get together and plan out our lives with each other by sharing dreams, visions, and plans for the future. We can help others get to the point where they can learn and access knowledge on their own rather than depending on others, like a poor nation is dependant on aid from others, so a goal would be to help them be independent in terms of education and things to sustain thriving life , and in turn they can be able to help the rest of the world. This is what will make them happy, being able to help others.
About happiness: Happiness can come from an action or the results of an action. I think the results and the action involved in those results is what brings happiness. The greater the goal, the more happiness it will produce for the individual and for the society, so society should have great goals and great responsibilities if they are to attain happiness if that is the society's ultimate goal. In contrast, putting happiness as the ultimate goal is not always the best thing to do, because it can result in the loss of happiness. Happiness should be an indication of realizing dreams and goals. It should be an encouragement to do good things rather than an end in it self. Happiness should be an encourager and indicator of doing good.

How can we motivate people to make this world a better place?
I think we can motivate people to make this world a better place by offering something to hope for or something to value, offer them knowledge of values, and a means of educating themselves. People need a vision of the future to live for, we must offer each other visions and plans for the future. We can offer a method of making dreams, visions, and plans. We must offer a variety of dreams and values to live for rather than be homogenous or be the same throughout the society. Old ways of thinking that no longer work need to be replaced by more efficient thinking in order to accomplish goals and dreams. In short, we can motivate people with education, morals, values and ethics education at the core. Literacy training is also important. One day I hope as a personal dream of my own for the world is that we all have the library in our hand in an electronic book reader to have all the knowledge of the world in our hands. We need to have it categorized and made into a hierarchy so that it is easy to find the knowledge that we need in order to become greater.

My vision:
That is all the questions and I will state a few things about that dream of mine for everyone to have all the knowledge at their hand with the ability to understand and use it. Maybe another goal that would come after that one would be to create a universal language and an easy to learn writing system. An even greater goal would be mind-computer interface where you can understand knowledge directly in the mind, rather than having to use language and symbols. This would be a more abstract form of learning through maybe images on the eyes as a form of relating and learning concepts. That free access and free flow of information would really make me feel like my life has been lived well and that we as a whole accomplished something great. To see this before I die would make me a very happy person, not that that is why I want it to be done but happiness is part of the appreciation that we have realized great dreams. It is a rewarding feeling for accomplishing a dream and also an indication that your dream has been realized.

Conclusion:
I would like to hear any thoughts on these matter of unity and the state of the universe.  People can post their thoughts or videos relating to these matters. I want to invite you to the group video chat room. It also has a forum where discussion can take place:
We can get some videos recorded of the group chat for others to enjoy and to continue the discussion on a global scale.
